Our experience has been very good with New Homes, Susan Donovan, Jack Riordan, Jack Hurley and the Boys were very helpful in providing details and answering questions for us. The main thing was having a house exactly the way we wanted, as per our specifications – which New Homes made possible, even though I had a lot of changes in the design “Thank You Jack Riordan for being so patient” and We Thank you for it. I would say New Homes has also been helpful in keeping the price point on our budget and worked accordingly to what we were looking for – we’ve built three homes and I only wish this was our first – I would highly recommend New Homes.
We had nothing but great experiences working with the New Homes team. We were able to totally customize our home during the planning phase and they worked with us beautifully to make it a reality. Changes made on the fly were also received well, with realistic timelines and upfront cost estimates.
