New Homes, Inc. is a full service residential building and development company which was incorporated in 1990. Our general focus is on the development, sales and construction of residential real estate in southeastern Massachusetts. Jack Hurley and Jack Riordan are the principals of the company. Jack and Jack have been involved in a variety of real estate ventures together since 1987, including the construction of over 200 housing units in condominium projects in Abington and Brockton, and subdivisions in East Bridgewater, Abington, Hanson, Whitman, and Mansfield. We currently are planning another condominium project in Brockton and a subdivision in Foxboro. Mr. Hurley has more than thirty years of experience in the construction field. His trade specialties include all types of exterior and interior carpentry, and his responsibilities as a principal of New Homes, Inc. include the supervision of all the construction-related activities of the organization. Jack’s technical knowledge and formidable carpentry skills are apparent in all the company’s projects. Mr. Riordan has an extensive background in real estate and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard. His responsibilities include customer relations, home design, land acquisition, marketing, and the management of the day-to-day business operations of the company. New Homes, Inc. is a member of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, a sponsor of the Kingston Youth Sports Organization, and has participated in numerous community projects including some for the South Shore Habitat for Humanity.
