Our experience has been very good with New Homes, Susan Donovan, Jack Riordan, Jack Hurley and the Boys were very helpful in providing details and answering questions for us.\u00a0 The main thing was having a house exactly the way we wanted, as per our specifications – which New Homes made possible, even though I had a lot of changes in the design “Thank You Jack Riordan for being so patient” and We Thank you for it.\u00a0 I would say New Homes has also been helpful in keeping the price point on our budget and worked accordingly to what we were looking for – we’ve built three homes and I only wish this was our first – I would highly recommend New Homes.<\/p>

We had nothing but great experiences working with the New Homes team. We were able to totally customize our home during the planning phase and they worked with us beautifully to make it a reality. Changes made on the fly were also received well, with realistic timelines and upfront cost estimates. The quality of our build is top-notch; they used quality materials, quality subs, and were on budget and on time! Yes! Our house was completed when they promised, and we continue to have a great relationship. From the very first meeting with Jack and the team, it felt like we have known each other forever and felt like family. Jack and his team are extremely knowledgeable with the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Building a custom home is no easy task let alone from over 2,000 miles away out of state. But Jack was with us through the entire process every step of the way. Each and every detail was meticulously designed, planned and executed to the highest level to create the home of our dreams.<\/span><\/p>

The continuous crystal clear communication, and top notch construction and craftsmanship exceeded our wildest expectations when it came to working with a custom builder.
